Irma

Irma Pany, known simply as Irma, is a Cameroonian-born singer-songwriter whose music blends soul, folk, pop, and acoustic R&B. 

Born on July 15, 1988, in Douala, Cameroon, she moved to France as a teenager, where her career took shape. She first gained attention by posting stripped-down acoustic covers and original songs on YouTube in the late 2000s. Her warm, intimate voice and minimalist style caught the ear of producers, leading to a breakthrough moment when she became one of the first artists funded through the crowdfunding platform My Major Company. 

She quickly built an international audience, especially in France, Switzerland, and parts of Africa.
