"Odds & Ends" is a collection of pieces from my past, some dating back to around 2010. Some were inspired by experiences in Saskatchewan's far north, and others by my deep love for my three grandchildren.

"Buddy" was written for my grandson, James, in celebration of his first Christmas.
James was and still is a bundle of perpetual energy, boyish curiosity, and unbridled spontaneity. He never ceases to amaze me!
My granddaughter, Seren, was born in \Sydney, Australia, in July, but I didn't meet her until Christmas later that year.
"Angel Eyes" was written in anticipation of finally getting to hold her, and looking into those sweet eyes.
Zoe is my first grandchild. She is quiet, soft-spoken, gentle, a lover of animals, and very creative.
"Fiveteen" celebrates Zoe at the age of five, a sweet little girl, with the never-ending desire to be a teenager.
